What can the REVO patent/licence protect, aquastock?
It's important to know this because, as you say of REVO:
business aim is to sell licence of eyetalk
So, my question is what does the licence cover?
Although neither of us are on the REVO board of directors that doesn't prevent us from looking at the patent.
I think that REVO have made it clear that the patent protection is very limited. They have left it to the imagination of those who do not understand the language of patents to misrepresent what is covered.
The patent gives REVO protection against unauthorised use of the EyeTalk interface/platform to link devices.
The patent does not prevent anyone using smart devices as a door entry system, for two-way communication, to monitor and record access, or to view a sporting event etc. The patent gives protection only if the EyeTalk platorm is used.
