There could have been a plausible reason for not releasing a press release (quiet period, etc). For sure, this company is now clouded in uncertainty even for people who want to believe the story. For better or for worse, we'll know by the 15th. I made up some loss by buying at .15 and selling in the high .30's. I'll keep the rest of my shares as a speculation and hope for the best.
