With absolutely no news available on anything Bourque, the (dramatic?) PPS change smacks of manipulation to me; I don't know how anyone goes about such a thing, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a sudden sell-off at the temporarily-higher PPS before it falls back to around where it's been at.

Just my cynical 2 cents...
