One would like others to assume they know WHO is holding the convertibles ---- as well as, how many are actually being/have been transacted. When the FACT is --- they do not know anything.

It's one thing to have convertibles out there ---- it's yet another to KNOW IN FACT, they'be BEEN converted. And, even
if converted.......I'm guessing they're looking at prices well
above the conversion rate! ~~~~ ;-)
