Acually @victorypenny alerted this on December 14th via Twitter and e-mail as next potential APS pick. Their website is www.victorypennystocks.com give credit where credit is actually due. Now Michael Gunn is trying to piggy-back VPS next pre-promo alert, which is NOVZ. He's claiming NOVZ is next TBX pick since VPS was first to alert LVVV before TBX.
