imo, people (most likely newbies) who don't do their dd, and haven't been around long enough to know about previous 10Q's, saw the filing yesterday, and panicked.
absolutely nothing new in yesterday's filing. any problem mentioned, has been mentioned before, and occurred before.
re: the payment due mexican govt, end of this month - been there - done that - last year - and the year before. THEY'LL RAISE THE MONEY JUST LIKE THEY HAVE IN THE PAST.
as far as the ex-lawyers - again, been there, done that. ONCE AGAIN, I'LL STATE THE OBVIOUS - IF THEY WERE GOING TO FORECLOSE, WHY DIDN'T THEY DO IT THE FIRST 2 OR 3 TIMES THAT THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED? and it expired months ago - no foreclosure this time AGAIN !!!!
imo, this goes up from here - not down. imo, smart money is buying - not selling.
