According to SEC filings at the end of May 2005 after this S 8 filing it was 66 784 980 here is the link for that filing

That site that you posted is sometime YEARS behind That figure that you posted was probably between Feb and May 2005
Also some of the shares will not be sold but still all are in the Shares Outstanding. Just not part of the float. Who knows maybe its the S8 shares comming out now.
