I think its close. Looks like this company got some usda approvals something I think they were waiting on. Just haven't PR about it. Looks like VERT is trying to hold it down until news comes. Hoping to buy some more .002's since VERT is also holding up the bid too.

Hasn't been alot of accumulation so not much resistance, I think then it does go it will go big.
