The only thing I see interesting in the new 10-Q is the Mexican mineral rights fee that is due JAN 31:

Mining rights

We are required to make payments to the Mexican government on a semi-annual basis to maintain its mining concessions. The next semi-annual payment of $51,466 is due on January 31, 2013.At the date of this report, we do not have the funds to make this payment and are seeking to raise the necessary funding to be able to make this payment on a timely basis.

USPR has never been a timely company but this issue, I would assume, is one they won't be able to delay payment on.

Celtics, I still have around 2/3's of my shares. Did not buy back any this morning and won't buy any more in the future. I'm just letting the rest ride and see what happens. A deal better be done by the end of the first week of february though or one won't happen, imo.
