LOL, RFMK has never done enough business to even have an accountant...very funny. btw: bet ya a coke that no uplisting will ever come without solving the DTCC T4T chill issue. There is a process put into place last fall by the SEC for chill companies to have dialog with the DTCC to possibly solve the problem. It includes that any disagreement will be arbitrated by the SEC. Lord only knows if TA ever even tried.

The audited 10K or uplist to the BB won't have any lasting value to the pps. The only thing that counts is SALES...and I mean a huge quantity of sales growth that might someday allow them to produce a net profit.

All this other BS is, well, just BS.
