AOW.... read my post #20436 below and the link. Yes...you are correct in your statement. However, all CT's ARE CUMULATIVE. The traditional preferreds, such as LEHPQ are not. Interestingly enough, in the link to the article in my post....the guy does not mention the CTs of Lehman because these do indeed meet the criteria of "high quality" preferreds (cumulative) but he only mentions traditional preferreds.

Declared dividends for preferred stock LEHPQ and LBHGP were not paid on October 1, 2008. Therefore, the Plan Administrator is going to put their unpaid dividend payments into the Plan Trust as equity interest.
