I can not say that I disagree XLT, to be honest with you it seems silence is always when something of significance happens and why pretty much all the chatter is a distraction to keep your eyes off the ball. With the Dr. being summoned back to the courtroom recently; I would speculate it was for the miscalculation of the royalty rate and that Google could be weighing the options now on whether or not it is cheaper to buy Vringo out or appeal and potentially risk even a higher penalty? All I know is that it has been quite a wild ride along the way and a tremendous insight and learning experience for me regarding patent litigation. I appreciate everyone who has contributed credible information here. I am not much of a poster but I do however never take my eye off the ball.

Above$3/@almost exact closed for each day for 12th in a row now, i will give this couple more days 'till Friday the 25th for them to come out with what's ever they (google/Vringo/judge Jackson) is/was working on to let us knows...just be prepare now for this ride back to hell/heaven only one>way either longs/shorts will make $$. I was sitting back and observing all day as usual GLA.
