1. Have low OS 16 mil
2. Float is very low. It has only traded 100k or so since inception
3. Insiders own over 90% and are some heavy hitters
4. They have done spin offs in the past so its possible they may do another one.

5. They recently changed their status from a shell to a developmental stage co. Ive heard from officers this is what they wanted to do as a top priority before a merger happens. This goal is done.
6. Has a very strong RM possibility and could be very soon.
7. Right now pps is at bottom and has room for upside on a RM, spin off for free shares in a 2nd co, and even a FS is possible with such a low OS and float.
