I can't believe people don't know how the Board of Directors works and its ability to appoint officers and directors yet basic DD.

The sole director of DUSS can appoint anyone to any position even herself at a later time if she is the last person standing well then she gets all the titles...

So there you have it. ANOTHER person agrees that there is A VOTE concerning who is to be appointed to officer positions.

The appointee is ELECTED by BOARD MEMBER(S).

Going back to the original argument; Natalie was APPOINTED to the CEO, Treasurer, Secretary positions upon Jason's exit VIA A VOTE aka ELECTION by the BOARD at that time(between Bannister's entry into DUSS in July 2012 and Jason's departure October 2012).

If you want to know how THE BOARD IS ELECTED then go do some DD in the SEC regulations for public companies. Sadly shareholders don't have majority voting rights in DUSS and are NEVER NEEDED FOR APPROVAL when it comes to whom management feels is capable of running this disaster of a company.

Ultimately management decides who is on the BOARD who in turn VOTES FOR OFFICERS and that how Bannister got the wheel of the SS FLOUNDER aka Dussault Apparel
