One could expect some, if not all, the shares to find their way onto the market over the next week or two.
One would hope that the shares can be absorbed quickly without too much of a dent in the share price.
With Camofi out of the way there appears to be only one more major hiccup hanging around ACTC's neck. Hopefully we shall know sooner than later the cost or consequences, if any, to ACTC.

Cleaning up the toxic financing mess has been a herculean job for everyone involved and has, I would suspect, taken up many hours of employees time over the past few years.

Now that most of this is behind us I see 2013 become a year of extraordinary growth and opportunity within the Company.
