Companies are allowed to show data to potential investors and partners, under a non-disclosure agreement.

Obviously someone disclosed what they saw to some market makers or hedge funds, which is why we experienced that sickening bear raid.

In fact, I wouldn't be one bit surprised if the bear raid weren't orchestrated by Chinese firms loading up on CLSN stock.
