What exactly will XXII be selling ? will they sell tobacco or seeds ? Or will they sell the intellectual property license only?

I can see them selling all three.

Their own brand(s) of cigarettes (very low to very high nicotine).
Seeds to tobacco companies and research organizations.
IP to tobacco, pharma, agricultural.

Here's something else that is pretty neat. Their own genetically modified tobacco can be identified in seconds. Their process adds a "digital watermark" if you will, to all of their tobacco.

So if company X decides to license the technology and somehow hey discover company Z is selling it too..they can notify the infringer.
