Wasn't the 3mg arm the one with the large number of censored patients at such extend some non-sympathetic writers pointed to it and said we should ask some questions about it.
The arm ended up to be not statsig. So maybe sabotage can be more sophisticated and wasn't done using the same method in both arms.
It's possibly less expensive to pay some people in Ukraine or Georgia to not show up anymore then to pay several people in the US to mis-label or mis-code. Those last ones could go to jail and so their collaboration will carry a price tag. The others get money for their families (because they must have been in the process of dying) but have no risk to go to jail.
