Thanks for the nice words, I appreciate that...And I agree, about the trades...and maybe this is a baby step in the right direction. Let's hope so for all involved. If everyone in life never made mistakes, this would be a great world. But I have seen too many people in my lifetime do complete turnarounds and have done wonderful things. So I try not to base peoples future on their past. I don't ignore it, but Everyone needs a chance to change. Let's just hope that our company does just that. Just an opinion!!! SUNNY
