Nonsense ...

Guess that's where Coats first heard about Prairie Grove and hijacked the idea of buying a facility there.

Yeah, that's it ... Prairie Grove is 6 miles from Farmington and that's where Coats first heard of Prairie Grove ... Wow ... What else ya got?

Delta Group Electronics Acquires Bitworks, Inc.

Delta Group Electronics, Inc. today announced that it has purchased the assets of Bitworks, Inc., located in the community of Prairie Grove in northwest Arkansas.

Bitworks is an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company providing cost-efficient, high-quality assembly of printed circuit boards and electro mechanical assemblies for its customers located throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. This is Delta’s fourth acquisition of an EMS company in three years, having previously purchased Frontier Technologies in California, Assembly Solutions in Texas and Singletec, Inc. in Florida.

“We are very excited to add Bitworks to our company, as it allows Delta Group to continue its strategy of customer and geographic diversification. Bitworks is a highly regarded EMS company that excels in providing engineering and assembly capabilities to its customers, and we plan to expand its capabilities through near-term investment in equipment and facility expansion,” said Harry Mueller, President of Delta Group.

The current management of Bitworks will continue to operate Delta’s Arkansas operations, as Lenny Baledge will focus on business development, Rudy Timmerman will handle engineering and process requirements, and Mike Payne will handle daily operations. It is anticipated Delta Group will complete an expansion of the Arkansas facility by the end of 2009.

Founded in 1987, Delta Group Electronics, Inc. is a full-service Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company offering turnkey services for its customers in the aerospace, defense and commercial industries. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Company also has assembly operations in San Diego, Dallas and Rockledge, Florida and administrative offices in St. Louis. It maintains an ISO9001: 2000 quality certification at each of its facilities, along with the upgraded AS9100 quality standard at its San Diego operations. For more information about Delta Group, visit its website at www.deltagroupinc.com or call Dom Isbell at (505) 883-7674.

This is about Delta acquiring an entire company, not purchasing a building. Please provide the LINKED data that says that Chad Coats tried to Acquire Bit Works after Delta Electronics already had, which is of course what you are claiming in your post.

So, because HTI considered purchasing a building in Prairie Grove Arkansas, therefore it must be the building that Delta acquired with the acquisition Bit Works?

Really?

HLNT, not in fantasy land.

But Chad PRd signing a contract to purchase, didn't he?

Kind of surprised that there wasn't an "after the fact" PR that the deal didn't happen to let investors know that HLNT never closed on that property after PRing signing a contract to purchase.

Kind of misleading that he didn't PR that the deal wasn't consumated.
