no, I didn't miss the point, you did. I wasn't addressing
whether it's good or bad they sell shares. You stated the reason
"to survive with no income", which is BS...

With regards to those that are pisses off with BOD's selling their shares:
I wonder how GR, Lanza and other member of the board are suppose to survive with no income
