Right now the IR person to contact is Guyer himself. Apparently, nobody is around to offer speculation as fact - since nobody here has insider. Kind of a catch 22, isn't it? If these red flags make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck, might want to sit this one out. Guyer tends to do things his own way. This may not be the way other junior miners do it or the way you'd like it to be done, but it's his name on the reports. Contact him.
