Well, Brian has shown a complete disregard for the pps. The last reported shares issued for capitalization was 653,000,000 shares for $215,900. Do the math on the pps for that capitalization. After that ~ another 1,000,000,000 shares were issued (almost maxing out the O/S). No telling how little the pps was for that capitalization. So he will not be buying back nor doing audited financials.
