"Will come in handy." It will? Are you saying that you have reason to believe the company is going to file for reinstatement? Just what reason is that?
I believe that the Wyoming reinstatement rules will only "come in handy" as a talking point for those clutching at any straw which might indicate the company is revivable. The trouble is, there is no one interested in reviving it, although there are a few people hoping it will happen so that they can be enriched by a laughably huge dividend that was never declared. This is really getting pretty silly, isn't it?
