Do you have any idea what legal implications are attached to the filing of an 8K?

If anything in that 8K is proven to be false the person who signed it, in this case WL, is exposed to serious legal implications, up to and including jail time.

For whatever reasons WL may have had difficulty executing the business plans in the previous pinksheet companies he has run, but he certainly isn't going to risk his freedom by filing an 8K for this OTCBB company which includes false information.

TTXP is real and over the next 6 months the people screaming scam will slowly but surely fade back into cyberspace and the people that held onto their shares will reap fat profits fueled by a serious increase in the price of copper.
