this is obviously very positive these approvals, and if company is saying all conditions for final approvals to be met by end of second quarter, then 3 to 4 months later they are processing, well that certainly would be most impressive.

from post 60619.most recent inspection's included letter proves many of your comments are false.

1) mill building...APPROVED!!! no - not complied previous violations, still discharging toxins
2) Ore Stockpile Area...APPROVED!!! no..needs relocation - not proper
3) Laboratory Facility....APPROVED!!! maybe - not on most recent insp.
4) Leach Plant Building...APPROVED!!! no - still needs repair
5) Flood Protection Dike...APPROVED!!! no - has not fully commenced
6) Plant Waste Disposal...APPROVED!!! no - work on going, not much done
7) Groundwater Intercept Drain...APPROVED!!! no - work on going, not much done
8) Upland Stormwater Intercept Depth...APPROVED!!! no - work not completed

NOTHING gets APPROVAL unless it's COMPLETED and CERTIFIED by the DRMS.
guyer will go for am04 to continue the scam.kiss 2013 goodbye.
expect another rs as share price continues plummeting.
