He does not believe in Peregrine, period!

He thinks its a scam, a Hoax to use its own words. he thinks BoD/Management have created this company for self-servicing and stock manipulation purposes.

Lately he & Cie start singing another song. It is hard to keep telling the public that PPHM is a scam and then explain how by full coincidence they passed an FDA PI for more then 10 clinical trials, and even more difficult for the 10+ PII's and it becomes really impossible now that there is a first PIII approved by the FDA and extremely good results surface for different Bavi related PII's.

For a scam one should say Peregrine does better then most 'real' non scam biotech companies and that's something you can't sell, not even to the most idiot of people.

So now the new story line about Peregrine is that we will never successfully get a PIII approval or if we would partner with say Lilly then it for sure is the clown of partners and things along that line. And by the way, it is not just AF, who is currently under investigation by the SEC, but others in The Street, who is under investigation for fraud if I read this correct, and alike such as strange video reporters at The Motley Fool or writers at Seeking Alpha.

Even on IHub and on this very board you'll find the insertions and strategical timed posts that support the AF view exposed in his writing and tweets. As such that is no problem but very often they appear to be part of a coordinated attempt to drive the market in a given direction, most often down. Apart from the fact that that would be illegal some have posted that these people may be on an agenda, even a payroll, of parties that trade these movements.

The art is to be able to see through it and not let them talk weak-hands out of their shares or hit their stop-market orders. The solution is called knowledge. The practical implementation may just be to read this PPHM board.

AF does not believe small cap biomeds can develop effective drugs with out partnership with "Big Pharma", most small cap's fail. Since the Peregrine Management has failed to gain FDA over many years, he has a point. But he fails to mention we have an inhouse expert Robert Garnick now to guide Peregrine drug development.

Quoted from an artical:

Navigating the regulatory waters alone can be daunting for a small company. But Peregrine has a seasoned skipper for the important job: Robert Garnick, a 24-year veteran of Genentech. In his two decades at the biotech company (now part of Roche), Garnick oversaw 17 product approvals, including for top-selling drugs Rituxan, Herceptin, Avastin, and Lucentis.

IMO he is supported /paid by those who are trying to accumulate cheap shares, so his job is to keep the price down, create doubt in retail investors so that the people he "works" for can pick up those shares.

primary tool is deceit

What AF believes or doesn't is of no consequence to those of us who have owned and carefully studied this company for years. In a nutshell Bavi's trials have been promising. If they continue that way in the more rigorous trials currently underway, Bavi and Peregrine will get the recognition of people far more important than the AFs of the world.
