Thats just the average, I guess it depends where you live. Would be interesting to find out the unemployment rate in the Pebble vicinity.

The highest rate of unemployment in the state is in the Aleutians East Borough, with a staggering 28.6 percent. The lowest was on the North Slope. That borough’s seasonally adjusted rate for December was just 4.6 percent
