Paul remains on the Board, and active within company discussions.
Ely remains on the Board and available to the company anytime.
Bill is on the Board and would become more active apon closing.
There are other Board members.
Mr. Wood was fired from what I have gathered, companies do hire/fire as a normal course of business do they not?
Not sure why this would be earth shattering news - based on the limited revenue we've seen I would take this as a positive.
If we are getting our news and making analysis based on Linkedin data, maybe we need to regroup here.
