The GLTV merger did not go through on round one due to cash issues. IMO I doubt AAdvantag AG (AA) is going to drop future merger deals based on GLTV's Inability to raise the funds by 12/31/12.

I would not be surprised at all if GLTV is able to raise the funds necessary for a merger in the near future. So they could not raise the funds by the end of the year, but guess what?....they raise the funds early in Q1 2013, so the merger is back in the news and all the doom and gloom is replaced by pps zoom!
