Eventually there will be. I think the psychological .01 floor means a lot to bounce players. We knew they'd break the price below .01 to clear emotional stop loss orders, which happened yesterday, and then big volume bought the .01's up. Maybe they'll tick it below again for good measure, but there will be buyers waiting for it.
If MM SUNR can show some restraint and let the price come to him instead of filling bids, this can get some upward momo. I see SUNR moved to .0139 at the moment... good boy....stay.
