Well IMO, ACTC will sue the Caldwell estate for the rediculous amount of shares he gave himself. Should be about 120million shares that ACT lawyers can get the perspective hands on once the SEC finishes with investigation and trial etc....

So that will be a GREAT day when those are returned back to the treasury where they belong...
