So you were not surprised when they issued another 17 mil shares and when they increased the authorized share count to 130 mil.
No not really that we all feel bit uneasy with the raise from 84 to 99m wich are noticable diffrent to what was projected is no news but i still anticipates an explanation to that.
A raise of A/S when it was maxed out i took for granted as soon as we where in concensus that most of 2012 A/S was used.

I don´t know how many that pointed out that alot of opportunities unknown prior to prognose for 2012 thats been added made the Capex need raise noticable. If we are all wrong on that point then its time to protest but i can easily see quite some valid reasons to raise Capex myself.

I know they void PRs due to regulations in several of the affected countries of operations different rules. Stating facts at reports to everyone at once are a nobrainer and should be allowed anywhere, no companies i ever invested in have given PR freely just prior to a prospect...

And I do agree with Emptyone, Traderfan, Mauiguy, Andrew26, RD, MikeD2020... that just sitting in the boat doing nothing, asking no questions, no confrontation. Not stepping out of the box with a different analysis is NOT the right way to do it.


Quite a few of theese guys never wrote a single line out of MB.
And several have a nested interest in strengthen the movements of the stock in both directions.
Of course some of them if not all do valuble contributions in different amopunts as well.

Mike have valid arguments very often and seems to work out of need for knowledge not only repeating the same over and over as many others. My average are quite some above todays pps.

Chads arguments i don´t defend and don´t agree to.
Otc being poor for enabling financing i do agree to and hope FN will improve opportunities vastly.

It is a long wait, usually an eoy statements is announced somewhere in feb in most companies and if spec is right eo mars might be FN announcement. that will probably mean some sort of prospect great PR hopefully.

Put yourself as CEO for SIAF what are you allowed to share with anyone going into all theese changes? How does the new elections in china affect operations? is there alot going on tha we know notting about that would probably explain loads?
