Yeah. Them BILLIONAIRE WHALES are just too cheap to spend the seven hundred bucks it would take to buy all the $.77 at the ask.

Every penny counts for WHALE BILLIONAIRES spending their time buying up penny stocks...in hundred buck chunks.
