Yeah, after much research I must move out of my current broker as they don't see the same as me on ELTP.

Problem for me with E-Trade is that they wanted me to sell my penny stock positions and transfer the money. I do not want to sell my ELTP shares until I can get at least $.12 (slight loss at this point).
