#128321 RE: Teedlum #128319

Money for Niostar and thereby SRSR will allow the proven value to begin being realized. I don't expect it over night but will follow a mostly rising path until the BFS is released. At that point securing the mining financing and the BFS will dictate value. I don't see the SOE/JV deal creating a $1 a share but the completed BFS and mining financing can.

For Shining Tree there apparently is no value be recognized. Since it was brought into the fold and expanded it hasn't appeared to influence our market cap at all.

Once a spinout is completed it will garner its own valuation which in theory will be removed from SRSR at the same time. IMHO ST is worth between 2-3 cents a SRSR share so if that is correct once the spin is complete SRSR would drop 2-3 cents which isn't going to happen as that would be a world class Niobium for free. So the spin is really a valuation creating event which gets the Niobium property better recognized. It's not likely to be worth nothing when the SOE may pay 4 cents a share for 51%?

Once spun ST valuation will grow based on what the studies on the property show. It is very much more exploratory than Niostar ever was.
