Oh no, I'm pretty sure if Metters lied about his compensation that Mosko's sealed plea has got to be close to something like "failed to lick enough stamps when sending financials to the SEC." Pretty sure it's going to land him 30-40 years in prison. ;-)
I know they all stole and cheated the share holders and pleaded guilty. I know there were lots of behind the scene players, Yet unnamed, driving the past trading frenzy.
I know the gang of SPNG crooks lied and filed false SEC reports.
I know they and others duped share holders and others into buying illegal shares from RIM
I know lots of things - that's why I have called this a scam for a long time
And guess what! Those of us who did, were 100% correct
