Yes, they may be working on a buyout, but rest assured, there is more than a 90% chance that common shareholders WILL GET SCREWED in the terms of the buyout.
All the goodies will go to people who hold the preferred shares and maybe the restricted, and common shares holders will get minute fractions of a cent on the three cents a share that they are now.
