and wondering if the FDA will receive funding to appropriately respond to drug applications

i never understood how its possible that a goverment has money enough to send 500k or a million soldiers overseas to a country in trouble (and rich in oil),but then they dont have money to employ an extra 1000 persons at the fda (or free poor tibet ((no oil)) from the chinese occupation)
