Perhaps advise Compushare to waive their share structure veil.
It's a public company-no reason an accurate SS shouldn't be accessible for potential investors.
Also, the tech-did Mike Kendrick sign any documents in this deal-I have no idea and am honestly wondering. Is MK down with this? Does it matter? Did he agree to hand over the tech/MS or is q/n gonna have to fight for it in International courts?
