I wouldn't wait by the mailbox for your personal copy from Roy.

Countdown 20 days from January 10th which is when Roy Roy decided and approved all this on his own with a couple of cohorts to nod in agreement.

Of the 100s of tickers I have owned the only "mail" I get is when one goes BK or NEEDS shareholders votes - these pinky 1 man operations need no-one ----- kinda a sign and drive type deal.

But wait for the mailman, I'm sure he's got your copy of an already approved corporate action.
