I think it is obvious that if he is to maintain 53% of the O/S then for every share that is used for aquisitions he must increase his holdings by that same amount of shares. No BS here.... just the way it works. I'm very unhappy about the PPS too, but let's be honest about how this process works.
If he is growing the company then it is a good thing and hopefully he will do the right thing in the end and buy back and retire many of these aquisitions shares to bring us to a proper value.
