Sure would be nice if they would re-register with SEC. I know it's a bit more costly to file fins but with the revenue they have there's no excuse.

My bet is the deregistered to sell shares more easily and also allow insider buying/selling go undetected.

I'll keep buying down here, and I'm betting that they are averaging down right now as well. Little by little.
