I am expecting about 61-62m Net Inc for 2012, so 8% would be about $5m for divi. Personally I'd prefer seeing them defer the whole payment into 2015 with F shares instead of cancelling half of it. I dont see why they have to pay out 1/2 or 1/4 of that $5m in cash divi while having to somehow finance that amount.
