It's pretty clear that there is some confusion.

HTI is incorporated in Idaho. That is the state where the incorporation papers control the SS through the Articles of Incorporation which in turn can be and have been amended from time to time with AS increases, AS decreases, voting rights, conversion rights, etc. but HTI doesn't "operate" or have a "business entity address" in Idaho so in Idaho they give a PO Box address in Arkansas for some reason. Not sure why they don't give the used car lot address of 101 East Main owned by one of the directors.

To operate a corporation registered in another state, a registration is required in the state of operation, that's why they filed it on 3/10/2010 in the first place. The following year 2011, presumably in "May," an annual list of officers would have been a required state filing to stay "current" or "active" in some states. When annuals aren't filed within a given timeframe the state will change their status to "not current" or "default" in some states. The next step in most states can move to revoked(added fees can reinstate) and/or "dissolved by Admin"
