it was my understanding in order to file with the SEC the said company, in this case must and i repeat must file a financial first. This financial statement does not have to be Audited however to uplist it must be. Therefore given this FACT it should show MIHL's intentions.
Also my sources of knowing how filing with the SEC works was, Dr. Husid, then OTC Markets, Then the SEC. Everyone of these sources confirm this FACT!
