for me it was the last straw and that's when I left and took the job I'm at now. I have a good friend I worked with (he was from india), he wasn't so lucky to find work that fast, but he eventually quit too, however they never paid him for 6 weeks of it. He now works in New York and is doing well. We made very high end Silicon wafer annealing equipment.
