I am not the one that is 100% wrong. Radiation is RARELY used for skin cancer. It is usually a minor surgery or a topical (surface) skin "chemotherapy" creme.

Even in cases of Melanoma (the most aggressive form of skin cancer), unless it metastasized somewhere else, is usually removed by skin surgery.



In rare cases where basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma has begun to spread beyond the skin, tumors are removed surgically and patients are treated with chemotherapy and radiation.
