Considering that the original lawsuit was 5+ million and PWC and HLNT settled for 1.25 million, that should have said a lot to many. If I'm not mistaken I believe there were also shares exchanged. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. 1.25 million and shares to do whatever PWC wanted. We all assumed that at one time, someone had dumped the approximate amount of shares onto the market, the same amount that PWC received from HLNT. Then we were told HLNT will never be able to make payments because there was no never ever any revenue. Hype, no hype just the fact that the company made a 700,000 dollar payment. Exaggeration, it doesn't sound like the company is exaggerating. Perhaps this will be vilified if PWC also PR's the payment made to them by HLNT. If not, no matter but I know for a fact who is exaggerating and who is not.
