I think your memory fails you badly in this case. I think it was $1.5 million or thereabouts. The question is one's criterion for valuing a stock. My criteria are p/e ratio and growth rate for this kind of stock. The p/e ratio will not be very low if $ 8 million is recognised as revenue during the last quarter compared to a situation where this level of revenue is added to similar revenues each quarter next year.

I think it may take some time to qualify for NASDAQ. For one thing, this company has next to no net assets at this stage. But I think it should start preparing for NASDAQ down the road. I have e-mailed the American part of the company stating this view.

We cannot expect a proper rating as long as we are quoted on the BB.

By the way I much prefer this company to VLXC which I think has stated false numbers.
